You can book a ride three ways: call us at (781) 526-4908, email rogk79@yahoo.com, or fill out the booking form on our Book a Ride page. We confirm every ride personally so you know exactly what to expect.
How far in advance should I book?
For non-urgent appointments, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. For dialysis or recurring appointments, we set up regular schedules so you only have to book once. Same-day rides are often available — just call to check.
Can I set up regular weekly rides?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of our clients have standing weekly schedules for dialysis, therapy, grocery trips, or religious services. Recurring schedules often qualify for discounted rates and ensure your slot is reserved every week.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand things change. Cancellations made at least a few hours before your scheduled pickup typically incur no fee. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a small fee may apply — but we always work with you, especially for medical emergencies.
What if my appointment runs longer than expected?
It happens — appointments don't always run on time. Just give your driver a quick call. We build flexibility into our schedule and won't leave you stranded. There's no penalty for an appointment that runs over.
Pricing & Payment
How payment works.
How much does a ride cost?
Pricing depends on distance, vehicle type, and time of day. Our prices are highly negotiable, especially for clients on fixed incomes or facing financial challenges. Call us at (781) 526-4908 with your trip details and we'll give you a fair quote on the spot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and most common payment methods. Payment is typically collected at the time of the ride. For recurring clients, we can arrange weekly or monthly billing — whatever's easiest for you.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer reduced rates for recurring weekly schedules, and we work directly with clients facing financial hardship to find pricing that's affordable. Affordability is part of our mission — just have an honest conversation with us.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. No surprise charges for waiting, helping with bags, or assisting you to your door — that's all part of the service.
During Your Ride
What to expect.
What does "door-to-door" service really mean?
It means we don't just drop you at the curb. Your driver comes to your front door, helps you to the vehicle, drives you to your destination, and walks you to that door too. The same care happens on the return trip. You're never left to navigate on your own.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Of course. There's no extra fee for a companion. We know that having a familiar face along for medical appointments or important errands makes a big difference, and our vehicles have plenty of room.
Do drivers wait during my appointment?
For shorter appointments, yes — we can stay parked nearby. For longer appointments (like surgeries or extended therapy sessions), we'll typically drop you off and return at your scheduled pickup time. Either way, we coordinate it with you in advance.
Will you help with my groceries or packages?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload groceries, packages, and personal items — and we carry them right into your home. It's part of the service, not an extra.
Accessibility & Mobility
Wheelchair & mobility questions.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes — we have wheelchair-accessible vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts or ramps and four-point securement systems. They accommodate most manual and power wheelchairs. Just let us know at booking that you need accessible transportation.
Will the driver help me board the vehicle?
Always. Our drivers are trained in safe boarding procedures, including operating the lift, securing your wheelchair, and helping with any mobility aids. We never rush, and we never compromise your dignity or safety.
Can I bring my walker, cane, or oxygen?
Yes — all mobility aids and medical equipment are welcome. Walkers, canes, oxygen tanks, IV poles, scooters — just mention what you'll be bringing when you book so we can choose the right vehicle.
